Circle PM has extensive experience in the development of the overall project scope commencing from the problem analysis and determining the outcomes to be achieved and budget (Scoping Study).

The overall Project Scope in a more detailed form is then developed. The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), budgets and schedule are further developed.
